In industry economics we take the enterprise as rational and initiative. But in the reality, most of companies choose their strategy from a single competitive position angle of the whole industry value chain. Generally speaking those existing strategy theories are lack of the thought on the question that what business a company should do. In my opinion ,the anchoring of competitive position is as important as the management strategy. That means a company should decide what to do before the decision on how to do. The main studying object of this thesis is the company who has enough market power and is initiative. We mainly analyze the effect of the competitive position difference to the choose of the company.There are six parts in this thesis. In the first chapter, we introduce some basic information about main question, research object and research method. Chapter 2 is the summarization regarding the theories of enterprise net organization comparative advantage and company strategy. We also define some useful concepts in this chapter. In the chapter3 we design both static and dynamic model on the choose of competitive position. Through the compare between two models, we conclude that it maybe harmful for the company to develop its competence base on the static comparative advantage.
