Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Level Of Social Development In Sichuan Province

The international society started to study new concept of development since the sixth decades of the 20th century. And then they proposed the concept of sustainable development and human development. The human society has got clearer and clearer realization on the importance of social development,and sets more and more explicit goal and request towards social development.China proposed the question of social development in the 80's last century. Social development has received more and more attention. However, on the whole, we still hadn't paid sufficient attention on social development. The development pattern which valued economy but neglects other social aspects,had brought more and more stern resources problems and social unstability day by day. With the continous development of the economy, each enterprise in Sichuan province had obtained comprehensive progress. Hence the study on the development of Sichuan becomes especially urgent.This article studies the comprehensive evaluation of social development level of Sichuan province. Guided by the theories on the Concept of Scientific Development, Sustainable Development and Synthesis Development, the article constructed target social development indicators system.
