The Internet has been changing the structure and movement of economy,society,cultural, the thinking mode of people. Its breadth and the depth overcame any formerly industrial revolution .with the development of network economy, traditional auditing will face the unprecedented serious challenge. The pattern of traditional auditing has been unable to satisfy with the demand of network audit time. So, it urgently needs one new kind of audit pattern, this inevitably could cause the production of network audit. There is foresightedness for researching the network audit and having very strong practical significance.This article has done some discussions with the theory,method and step of the network audit as well as the network audit facing question and the solution, from the electronic commerce environment of network economical time. At present, the network audit theory research are less, but with violent development of computer technology,the modern communication as well as the internet technology swift , traditional auditing will face the stern challenge as network economy is the representative of knowledge economy time. Traditional auditing is gradually developing to the internet computer audit system, namely network audit.Only through the simple theoretical discussion , it is less for network audit, which must rely on the entire network development and the other aspect environments of social.
