The competition is more fiercely and less profit can be gained than before. The whole industry is in an industry-chain environment, which is becoming more and more unsettled day by day. The operation risk was greater than before. Raw material price was changing all the time, and the diseases of the animals shortened the need of the feedstuff. At this situation, which development strategy should be adapted is crucial for an enterprise. The bigger feedstuff enterprises take the use of their capitals and carry out a vertically and horizontally integrated development strategy to overwhelm the smaller ones. What should the smaller enterprises do? How to deal with the risk?The experience of abroad feedstuff industries and the developing trend of home industry tell us, it is an available choice that"doing feed businesses without feed". Maybe it's a feasible choice.In this paper, based on the analysis of the external environment and structure of industry,we conclude the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and threaten of feedstuff industry. I analyzed the necessity and feasibility of entering axunge industry by the theory of strategy management,marketing,technological innovation and relationship. At last, we reach the follow conclusion : 1.C feedstuff enterprise can enter axunge industry;2.After entering,C feedstuff should take differentiation strategy and centralized strategy under overall cost Leadership competitive Strategy,establish Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou three provinces regional brand.This paper not only has a guiding significance for C feedstuff enterprise, but also has a reference to the other domestic feed enterprises. |
