Individual Consumer Credit. City Study

A resource city refers to a particular type of city that emerges from the exploitation of local forest or mineral resources and mainly counts on resources industries to support the economic development of the whole city, whose economic structure is greatly resource-orientated. In China, most resource cities were formed and developed in the planned economy. They have made great contribution to the economic construction of our country, and helped the regional economy and social development obtain brilliant achievements. But now, resource cities are in their mid- and later-term of resources exploitation, and in most of these cities, the economic development is slowing down and falling into economic recession due to the sharp reduction of the dependent resources, economic distress of enterprises and deterioration of the ecological environment. Therefore, the sustainable development of resource cities is a realistic and imperative issue, as well as a sophisticated systematic project. Here, the personal consumption credit issue is explored on the basis of the particularity of a resource city, which is of great significance not only for improving a resource city's credit system, but also for its economic and social development.In this paper, several research methods are applied, such as history comparison, on-the-spot investigation, norm analysis combined with actual evidence analysis and expert consultation. Based on the analysis of consumer behavior mode and credit scale, starting with the analysis of the current state of personal consumption credit development in a resource city, this article studies the particularity of personal consumption credit development in a resource city, and analyzes the restrictive factors of personal consumption credit development, whose tendency is also prospected. Eventually, the development pattern of personal consumption credit in resource city is constructed.
