This article mainly focuses on marketing operation of the Zhengzhou Filial Company of the Sanonda Group. The author has made deeply research on pesticide-related policies, products researching and developing, marketing developing and intercourses in annual meetings of pesticide industries within these three years. The author also visited the Research Department, Producing Plants and Producing Planning Department of the group; and made serial field survey in the north, the east of the Henan Province and three north-east Provinces of China, which are main sales area of the company. According to the information of sales and producing of the enterprise in recent years, the research has been made in details on regional construction and operation of sales and marketing networks of the company in three parts, which are inside Henan Province, the south area of China and the north area of China, respectively. The contents of this study include: 1 Actuality and marketing behavior of the Zhengzhou Filial Company of the Sanonda Group; 2 Status and Features of domestic pesticide sales and marketing in China, and analysis of current competition over existing sales and marketing networks in pesticide industry; 3 Operation and problems of sales and marketing networks of the Zhengzhou Filial Company of the Sanonda Group; 4 Discussion of several possible solution for constructing sales and marketing networks of the company.Through analysis over competition of sales and marketing networks in current domestic pesticide industry of the Zhengzhou Filial Company of the Sanonda Group, this article emphasizes the underlying questions: 1 How to make scientific prediction of marketing and choose correct marketing decision, using sales and marketing networks to collect and process information from the market? How to control over management and services of terminals of the networks based on the advantage of emerging private companies in services sectors, to improve sales of the company? 2 How to re-construct the networks and create new accesses from changes in developing of the pesticide markets? Using scientific methodology to re-estimate sales, using the creation to offset effect between peak season and off-peak season and finally increase sales quantity. 3 In the main sales area, the Henan Province, how to construct county and village terminals of networks of sales and marketing?
