With the world economic liberalization and integration, and with more drastically competition,economy security is very important to a country today. Finance security is the most important among the various factors. In China, since 1990 the capital market has been developed energetically, the functions of allocation of resoures and capital financing are limited. The most companies are satisfied by the direct finance. Banking is the dominant in china's finance market. As the same time, lots of risk accumulates in banking system. Chinese banking is very fragility and there exist serious financial risks. What's more, the 5-years protection period of joining WTO is close to the end, all the RMB operations will to open to the foreign banks. Chinese banking system face the tremendous concussion. The question of Chinese banking fragility is the mostly content and the concentrated representation of Chinese finance. Whether the bank system is stable or not has relation to the development and stabilization of finance, that is the fateful and no time to delay problem. There have been a lot of literatures which had gone deep to the problem overseas, but there has been few in our country, especially concerning the quantitative research and the development of early warning System of Chinese banking system frangibility. Therefore, based on the analysis of the foreman, this dissertation does some research on the fragility of china's banking system through the positive analysis.
