The 21st century is a new century full of challenges and opportunities. In such a diversified and changing environment, the management of enterprises experiences substantial revolutions. The modern management theory subverts the traditional inertia thought, reconstructs the service flow, abandons the redundant department, in order that the enterprise can keep the department which can increase t value for the enterprise.In the process of enterprise's revolution, as a managerial control mechanism that ensures effective accountability, internal audit has to change with it in order to provide"value-added"service to enterprise except for traditional responsibility of preventing fraud.At the same time, many big companies make their internal audit outsourcing,which give the great pressure to internal audit's profession.In the face of inherent pressure of adding value for the organization and the certified accountant's external threat, internal audit must carry on reforming. More and more people realize the importance of executive power to the development of enterprise. Cisco global vice- president Mr. Lin Zhenggang said, "The Cisco success place certainly does not lie in the technology, but lies in carries out its execution." Bill. Gates thinks, in the future ten years, Microsoft'challenge is its execution. And the internal audit is a part of organization, so studying its execution can be clear about the direction of reforming, which can make the internal audit melt into value chain of enterprise better.
