Asset Securitization Practice Applications In China

Nowadays, fast developing economy continuely keeps the vigorous demand tothe capital in China. So we should pay more attention to Asset Securitization which isa new financial tool in recent thirty years. Asset Securitization appeared in U.S.A andthen it was quickly developed to Europe and Asia. Although there are some obstaclesfor developing Asset Securitization in China, we still tried to apply AssetSecuritization into practice.In this thesis, the first part briefly sums up the basic knowledge of AssetSecuritization, such as the definition, characteristic, advantage, disadvantage and keysteps of Asset Securitization. And then comparing with the development of AssetSecuritization in foreign countries, we focus to its development in China. With theunderstanding of the meaning and feasibility of developing Asset Securitization inChina, we introduce some models of developing Asset Securitization in China.Combining success cases and failure cases, we suppose the innovation of AssetSecuritization, in order to deal with some problems in China. Last but not least, weput forward some suggestions for developing Asset Securitization in China.With our deep and systematic analysis, we can see clearly that it is significant topromoting the development of Asset Securitization in China. Because it will becertainly benefit for the growth of the economy in China. So we should greatlyencourage Asset Securitization in China.
