This research embarks from the comprehensive capacity evaluation of enterprise internationalization growth level, combine the correlation research of the enterprise growth theory and the enterprise internationalization theory, points out six essential factors that influence enterprise internationalization grows. An overall study has been made by AHP theory of comprehensive capacity evaluation, including weigh and combined assessment, based on the different theories and principles of the capacity evaluation according to the characteristics of the analysis data and the objective law for the activities of enterprise internationalization growth in China, and drawing on the rich experience from the capacity evaluation of economical science and practice domain. Moreover, the FUZZY-AHP was applied to the study on the capacity evaluation of enterprise internationalization growth level. The index system of comprehensive capacity evaluation about enterprise internationalization growth level was established. A suitable weighing method for evaluation index of enterprise internationalization growth level was selected and the method of comprehensive capacity evaluation were screened out, moreover, apply it to TCL and provide the practical and feasible assessment for its enterprise internationalization growth level appraisal.The enterprise internationalization growth level of TCL was studied and the major factors for influencing the enterprise internationalization growth were explored, proposed the rationalization proposal for TCL to develop fast and healthily, and improve the weak process, they can serves for the decision-making.The main content of the study as follows:1.It is the first time to point out the concept of enterprise internationalization growth level based on the enterprise growth theory and enterprise internationalization theory, and summarize the six elements that influence the enterprise internationalization growth.2.Establishing the index system of enterprise internationalization growth level, design the FUZZY comprehensive capacity evaluation model, and make it into application.3.The comprehensive and combined capacity evaluation of enterprise internationalization growth level were first provided for the different regions and industries, and the study served the government department in the decision making immediately.In brief, the study is possessed of better theoretical sense, and greater practical value as well.
