Foreign Anti-dumping On Chinese Products Involved In Export Prices

Antidumping has been the most prevalent instrument for imposing import restrictions by far all over the world. Among all the countries, China has been the biggest target for antidumping investigations. It's important for enterprises to effectively pricing according to circumstances. The research on how antidumping affects our export price help our companies effectively make prices and make the loss less of the exporting of our country.There have been a few experts taking part in the research in this area, however, their research was mainly on whether and how the exporting firm improves their prices. On the other hand, price is influenced by many factors, but few studied how the factors affect the price when exporting products encounter antidumping investigation, and even less took the exporting country as a non-market economy country, not according with the reality of China. How antidumping effect Chinese exporting price was analyzed in this paper, what's more, we explored the relationship between factors and exporting price when our enterprises were investigated by foreign countries.On the basis of the experts mentioned above, we built models for our analyzing. After examining the benchmark model with no antidumping duty, the other model is provided to study how factors mentioned above affect the exporting price in the case the firm faces an antidumping duty in which the foreign country defines "fair value" as the surrogating price. Comparing the results in the two cases, the conclusion how the factors affect the price in the time our enterprises were investigated are set out. In the following parts, empirical works are finished to testify the conclusion above.
