Study Of U.s. Real Estate Investment Trusts

Firstly the dissertation introduced the concept of Real Estate InvestmentTrust (REITs).In the first chapter the article discussed about the importanceof the REITs study for Chinese real estate industry and Chinese capitalmarket .After that ,the article introduced origin and development of theREITs .After comparing of different REIRs models ,the article discovered thecharacteristics of REITs ,witch is with low risk and lack of fluctuation .In the following chapters, the article reviewed the development of Chinesereal estate industry, and point out the problems to the real estate, bankloan structure and capital market products portfolios .finally ,the articleoffered the three different models for the problems solution. The conclusionis, according to the current situations, that we should adapt the real estatecompany REITs to facilitated REITs development in China.
