China's Securities Market Credit Problems, Research And Discussion,

Credit is a life of the modern market economy. Although the Chinese reform has been already more than 20 years, the national credit system which the modern market economy needs has not been set up. At present, the phenomenon of credit lacking is very popular in the each field of our society. The credit as the basic principle of a state and one' s moral character has been abandoned. The false, the forgery, the inferior, and the bad flooded in the market. Breaking a contract and fraud is seen everywhere. The chain debts, in arrears with the fund and bad creditor's rights of bank present repeatedly. And various kinds of economic crimes increase year after year. The credit of our country is disorder, the credit system is not perfect, the regulation and control mechanism weakens, which exerts seriously our country' s economic development.Several important event which appeared in China's securities jnarket in the past few years, suck as Sichuan jinhua (present name Huarenjinhua), "Zhongkexi", Yiankeji that manipulated stock price;Yinguangxia, Maikete, Dongfangdianzi, Lantiangufen etc. that make up the enormous profits;Kelondianqi, Jinanqingqi, Sanjiuyiyao, STHouwang, etc. whose big shareholder make inroads on the minority stock holder' s interests in various kinds of way exposed constantly, which have shaken the public's confidence. Obviously, rebuilding credit system concerns the sound development of Chinese securities business too.This thesis have analyzed and researched profoundly a series of questions appearing because of credit lacking in Chinese securities market at present in some angles such as credit culture, system default, security market' s main bodies etc., and explores the root of the questions' appearing. This text combines the research results that have been already engaged in both at home and abroad, combine the concrete conditions of China's securities market to propose some suggestions from the security market environment to main bodies, in the hope of solving the problem of credit lacking in China' s securities market better, then promote the setting-up of the system of credit of our country further.
