China's Venture Capital Organizations Form Of Research

The venture capital is an indispensable foundation for the development of high-tech industry.During the operation of venture capital, there exists three mutually independent subject: venture investors,venture capital organizitions and venture enterprises.They closely contact together through the venture capital organizations.During the whole operation of venture capital, venture capital organizations are the cores in the process.The organization form of the venture capital organization directly decided its effectiveness and economy .And the effectiveness and economy will directly affect the success or failure of venture capital.At present, most organizations of venture capital in China have no advantages in competition.They are functioning ineffectively. So how to devise a organization mode of venture capital which not only adapts to the specific situation of China but also has advantages in competition is what many scholars are studying and exactly this dissertation elaborates on.In the light of "the theory basis------internal mechanism------comparison of the international venture capital------ the innovation oforganizaion",the author studies the organization mode of venture capital.Firstly, the author studies the internal mechanism of venture capital organization.Secondly, the author carried on a statistical analysis for the results of different mode of venture capital organizations in America.It's clear that the results of corporation model of venture capital organizations,especailly the results of strategy accommodation corporation mode of venture capital organizations is equal to the results of limitedpartnership mode. In this basis, this article puts forward two new modes------"Management company" and "Company strategy" of venture capital organization.
