It is significant to research bank credit asset securitization which is a new and structurized finance model. According to the logical thread of putting forward, analyzing and solving questions, using the ways of normative, positive, game and comparative analysis, this paper has mainly performed research from five aspects which are the reason analysis of credit asset securitization ,the finance competitiveness analysis of credit asset securitization, the feasibility analysis of credit asset securitization by trust model, the risk management analysis of credit asset securitization based on trust model and the individual case analysis of China Development Bank credit assets securitization laid on trust model.After gradual analyses, conclusions can be made as follows:1, It is not only necessary but also competitive in finance for China to perform bank credit asset securitization.2, Normally speaking, credit assets which are large in scale above $ 5 billion, are long in duration above 3 years, and account for a certain proportion in quality above 1/2 are suitable for securitization.3, Bank credit asset securitization built on trust model is the best model choice for China to make in securitization.4, Investors are mainly confronted with credit risk and prepayment risk in the course of bank credit asset securitization based on trust, so corresponding measures should be adopted to prevent and control from causing unnecessary losses.5, China Development Bank designs the structurized trust model of layer separation, takes multiple roles in SPT model and constructs comprehensive risk management and evaluation system for investors and itself, which is worthy of learning and recommending.
