Aviation product is composed of thousands of mechanical parts and its fabrication structure is very complex,moreover the characteristics of hiberarchy is obvious in the managing mode of fabrication process. On the implement of the project, the duration restriction is extremely strict and the balance cooperation of different branches.human resource and cost is greatly complicated.So trend-off of project turns into the key technology in the management of aviation project plan.Based-on the management mode and the fabrication characteristic of aviation product,the technology of network plan trend-off is studied.The network model of aviation product project is discussed,furthermore the changing regulation of working process' duration and its cost is analyzed.On the above,the algorithm of network plan trend-off is proposed. The main contents and achievements of the thesis are summarized as follows:(1) A hierarchical network plan model orienting aviation product is constructed.The management mode of aviation proudct enterprise is analyzed,then the hierarchical network plan model orienting aviation product is constructed,and the algorithm of time parameters based-on the theory of network top sorting is presented.(2) The duration and cost of working process is estimated.The function between the dutation and the cost is researched and the least square linear-fitting method on the historical data is proposed.On the basis of the historical data,the grey zone-predicting model and algorithm of working process is bringed.(3) Duration-Cost trend-off of network plan is presented.The function between the duration and the cost of aviation product project is studied,the searching algorithm of efficiency compress set is put forward and the expediting method on Fibonacci numbers is discussed,futhermore,the cooperating formula between hiberarchy is given.At last, the flowing process of Duration-Cost trend-off algorithm on aviation product project is presented.(4) The prototype design include the function design, module design and database design is accomplished. The effectiveness of the strategy is illustrated by the example of aviation product and the analysis of the result is seriously finished.
