Most enterprises are in small scale with weak capability. The quality of estate management enterprises are worrying and the real estate market of Yanbian is unstandard.In the face of these questions, the macro-control should be taken effect to solve the above-mentioned problems. The scale and structure of the real estate conld be controlled effectively, and also the quantity of scale of enterprises.
