Sustainable Growth Analysis Based On The Harmonious Management Of The Enterprise

The enterprise's sustainable growth not only is the need of the enterprise's own development, but also realizes social responsibility. The enterprise, especially the big enterprise's collapse brings the enormous waste and great pressure on employment.Existing theories analyze relevant factors of the enterprise's sustainable growth. They lack a systemic analysis framework. In addition, they continue the traditional management that uses general analysis and lacks the concrete and dynamics.Beginning with pre-requisites and characteristics of the enterprise's sustainable growth, the author thinks it is a dynamic course. It is like a spheroid in the air upward. This trope can give us a systemic and clear understanding. We can find, the enterprise wants to realize the sustainable growth, firstly, it holds and changes the developing direction, then it must get the dynamics along with the direction. By the view of, the both equate recognition and draft of the strategy theme, and the dynamic mechanism of the organizational system harmony. The analysis on the enterprise's sustainable growth by the view of the HeXie management theory can solve the dilemma of the management jungle.Firstly, analyzing on the dimensions of the environment, this paper introduces the highly changing and complex environment. From the framework of HeXie management theory, a strategy can be conceived as a strategy theme, which is rather stable in a relative range and has overall influence, plus a HeXie mechanism. Further, the strategy theme is determined by three factors, the environment, organization and leader, and the HeXie mechanism, supporting the strategy theme to be realized and constantly adjustment, is established on the He Roles, Xie Roles and the integration of the two as well, which play the roles of uncertainty reduction, optimization respectively. When the three determinative factors change, the strategy theme will draft to a new one with a new HeXie mechanism established to keep the alignment between the two. Secondly, in order to solve the dynamic mechanism of theenterprise's sustainable growth, beginning with the integral concept of HeXie management theory, this paper constructs the model of organization operation under HeXie management theory.Finally, through the case analysis on the sustainable growth of Haier, the paper explains how to apply this theory to the realistic practice. At the same time, the case proves the present value of this theory.
