Feihua Company is a new-type trader running network with capital background of electric power, which subordinate the country electricity and communications in the center. Because of the restriction on entering market, this company has to manage basic telecommunication service and telecommunication service of appreciations inside power system only. With the technology of power line communication becomes more and more ripe and state open- policies go, Feihua Company wins the operating license on increasing trans-regional telecommunication services at the whole country 41 large and medium cotises in July 2003. As a new entrant of market with Internet, at present what is the most need for Feihua Company is how to make the competitive strategy of company's power line communication business.This thesis has carried on a deep investigation to this question, and combine strategic management and the marketing management theory the paper offers a set of competitions strategic schemes to administration and supervision authorities of company of Feihua, For its reference. This thesis has analyzed the inside and outside environment that Feihua company faced at first, then made competition strategy, discussed the strategy implementation and control at last, and also introduced a kind of very effective strategy used in Feihua company and control the scheme of organizing.Compared with other strategic researches, the difference lies in this thesis is preceded from the angle of the new entrant of market by thesis difference with a general one. Generally speaking, the strategic management of competition should solve two problems especially: First, how to define the objective market for an enterprise; second, how to make advantage at objective market. Besides the two above-mentioned problems, this paper also considers the mode of entering to market. As to new entrant of market, it is especially important to choose which way to enter the market. This concerns success or failure in the new market of enterprise.In addition, according to the goal market and the different choices of entering to the market, this paper structure a scheme matrix strategic competition for a new entrant entering to markets to select, this matrix is to planning to march into the enterprise on a new market and have certain reference meanings.
