One of the important forces to promote the social and economic development of our country is the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in China. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is conducive to enhancing the international competitiveness of our country. However,long plagued the healthy development of the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology is the bottleneck of financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, especially, the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology because of its own development of small scale and high risk characteristics, it is difficult to from the capital market of our country to obtain financial support. It is well known that capital is the backbone of enterprise development, the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology in the development process has high capital requirements, only to meet the demand for these funds, in order to better the development of our country small science and technology enterprises. In a variety of modes of financing, equity financing is a "debt" of the financing way, the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology through equity financing can not only obtain financial support, but also to improve the corporate governance structure, to optimize the various enterprises and help enterprises to obtain the considerable development. In view of this, this paper mainly studies the equity financing problems of small and medium enterprises in our country. This paper through analysis our country small science and technology enterprises equity financing present situation, namely from the angel investment, VC / PE investment, the growth enterprise market(GEM) / the new Sanban market do analysis and from find problems of equity financing of the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology at present, and through empirical analysis to further determine the effectsof equity financing of the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology enterprise internal financial factors. And draw lessons from foreign successful small and medium-sized enterprise financing experience, to our country small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise equity financing put forward the perfect suggestion countermeasure.
