Today,people are in an information age.Along with the modern high-technology update of the growing,people’s production and life style has undergone tremendous change.The internet age to support technology has come. Online shopping model on the basis of this also popularized rapidly,its convenient features attracted a lot of consumers, changed patterns of production and consumption in the past, to bring new vitality to the socialist market economy.The influx of online shopping really impetused to the consumption levels in China,and promoted economic development.But the arrival of this new opportunity is also accompanied by new challenges.With the rapid high rise area of e-commerce, online shopping in the sale of counterfeit and shoddy products, all kinds of bad credit problem has become increasingly prominent fales propaganda,disturbed the order of the socialist market economy and online shopping revenue caused harm should not be overlooked.Among these are the relevant systems and regulations lag reasons,but also there are moral anomie to participate in online shopping.In the socialist market economy, there is a profound contradiction between the interests of the credit.As a new form of economy, online shopping will continue to maintain good health development.And this requires that we must deal with the relationship between economic profit and ethics of both regulation,to participate in a comprehensive multi-faceted governance dishonesty among online shopping.Therefore in the situation, how to effectively control the dishonesty of online shopping,improve the shopping environment to make online shopping continues to grow healthy and harmonious, to fundamentally resolve this crisis became the important and imperative mission of the online shopping industry.Credit is the Foundation of market economy activities.Marx’s credit theory discussed issues related to the credit.Based on the study of online shopping, review credit theory of Marx, analysis of online shopping transactions during the various credit loss and the current status of online shopping lack of credit.Moreover,on the basis,we put forward relevant countermeasures through the government-led,legal protection and supervision of the whole society in the three areas,trying to improve our online shopping credit loss.Here,the content is divided into four parts.The first part is about enlightenment of Marx credit theory to China online shopping dishonest behavior governance.This section describes the main content of Marx’s credit theory,pointing out that credit plays an important role in economic development.The part emphasizes the importance of this dishonest phenomenon govern values combined with our online shopping credit adverse impact in the market.The second part is about specific performance of dishonest behavior on online shopping.This chapter analyzes the main existing problem of online shopping transactions in China.The section described five aspects in detail:the trading platform with network operators alse advertising, unfair trading platform rules display and shop shoddy.The third part mainly analyzes online credit management difficulties.It includes four aspects:online shopping transactions of virtual, bad online shopping behavior can be controlled, consumer negligence rights and system lag. These four aspects together to explain the difficulty of the current online shopping dishonest behavior governance.The four part puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the online shopping dishonesty governance dilemma.It is to be perfect from three aspects:from play to the leading role of the government, improving relevant legal safeguards and perfecting the supervision mechanism,trying to the full range of our online shopping credit status to promote healthy and sustainable development of China’s Internet economy.
