An Analysis Of The Growth Of Listed Companies In Yunnan Province

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the company continues to expand the scale, enterprise and society are becoming more and more attention to growing. In recent years, the number of China’s listing Corporation growth has skyrocketed, impaction on local economic development by the listing Corporation’s development is more and more important. By the end of 2014, Yunnan Province listed a total of 29 companies, although fewer in number, they play an important role on Yunnan Province Economic and financial, this paper on the basis of the analysis of the current state of development of listed company, from a financial aspect points out the factors influence on the growth of listed companies, using two methods to analysis Yunnan Province listed companies growth, and 27 listed companies growth of comprehensive evaluation and ranking are given based on the two methods, and compare the consistency of the two results, and gave some improving suggestions and views on the growth condition of poor enterprise development ability.This paper mainly includes five parts: The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, research contents and methods and the innovation points and deficiencies; The second part is literature review, mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars research results of the growth of enterprises, and gives some related concepts of growth and listing Corporation; The third part is the development of the listing Corporation, from the industry distribution, operating conditions were outlined, select the two categories of 14 indicators in a sample of 333 listing Corporation on the extraction of the factor analysis to extract the main influence factor of the growth of the listing Corporation; The third part describes the development status of 29 listing Corporation in Yunnan province, Summarizes the main factors affecting the growth of the listing Corporation combining the development of the situation in Yunnan Province,from 6 aspects of 17 indicators for empirical analysis of the growth, the growth of the comprehensive score of listing Corporation were calculated by using the factor analysis method and entropy method, according to the size of the score to rank the companies, the results from the two methods are consistent. The fifth part summarizes the results of the analysis and compares with the national and Yunnan Province,, and provide reference for the economic development of Yunnan province.
