| Currently,our economic turn down, traditional manufacture’s technologies and products fall behind and need t to upgrad. however, venture capital can p romote high-tech innovation and development of enterprises, whether our curre nt venture institutions can promote and how to promote the R&D investment a re worth exploring.Firstly, the paper summarizes the literatures on venture capital, finding mo st of them have some problems about analysis objects and data and research t opics can also be added. Thus, this paper study the mechanism of venture capi tal investment in R&D investment based on companies listed on NATIONAL EQUTIES EXCHANG AND QUOTATIONS. Then, this article reviews the age ncy theory, production function theory and the theory of venture capital, influe nt mechanism of venture capital investment in R&D about venture capital instit utions whether ownership stake, the number of venture capital institutions,the number of venture capital members in board of directors and the background o f venture capital and perspectives. Then make the hypotheses.This paper concluded:venture capital institutions promote R&D investment. Along with the management of enterprises involved in the deep, its influence will be more effective. Finally, put forward suggestions:Firstly,the government s hould encourage the development of venture capital industry, providing a relaxe d environment for development; Secondly,it is better to support the developmen t of venture capital industry to promote the growth of SMEs;Thirdly,it is impo rtant to consider whether the background of venture capital is suitable for SME. |
