A department store with it’s 150-year history is a retail establishment offering a wide range of consumer goods in different product categories known as "departments".Low costs, by themselves, cannot guarantee market competitiveness in a world of increasingly choosy customers who often care as much about quality, style and service as they do about price. The new situation keeps the original retail formats improve its business model. After several years of development, Z Department Store keeps building a new management mode, but in many aspects Z Department Store still has some issues, such as performance appraisal existence question, mainly existing in the original performance management index system is confused, performance management and performance evaluation, performance result applied, employee engagement, etc.Through the establishment of scientific performance appraisal system to do measurement and evaluation to the state of each person’s performance, and to help employees improve performance, so as to promote the enterprise comprehensive performance improvement.
