| Ganzi electric power development company from its inception has not formulated the development strategy and strategic objectives. How the enterprise use of hydropower resources in the state of Ganzi, accelerate the development of water economy, make suitable development strategy and objectives of its own, is the significant research topic, urgent.Research on enterprise strategy, can make the electric drive development direction and the development goal of the company, make the action guide of the company, the company to develop and grow in a complex environment, so as to achieve sustainable economic development of hydropower.This study uses the strategic theory and strategic tool, through the Potter five forces analysis, using the PEST method and the SWOT analysis tool, to enter the development of Hydropower Resources Electric Company barriers, the seller and the buyer bargaining power, the competition between the industry, analysis of alternative products, that better opportunities for the development of hydropower resources in the enterprise, at the right time. At the same time, the electric company in the internal and external environment analysis, that in no case of hydropower resources, to find the development need of the enterprise resources from existing hydropower policy, so as to seize the develop pment opportunities. On the quality of the company, the opportunity, risk analysis, think the enterprise development opportunities outweigh the risks, we should accelerate the pace of economic development of hydropower. Through the analysis for the company to develop the strategy provides the basis, and thus make the company’s strategy and goals, and pointed out the path on the implementation of strategy and strategic objectives. |
