Analysis On The Methods Of Financial Risk Early Warning In Beverage Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years, the pace of global economic integration makes the economic environment more complicated, the enterprise in the face of increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad. Some enterprises are immature and lack of the experience, they have lost in the fierce market competition, and blindly chase high profits lead to high frequency financial crisis. Therefore, people focus on the financial risk management problem again. But the financial status of listed companies in our country is a bit special, to solve the problem of financial risk management with the original thinking seems too limited. So this paper will study how to apply the financial risk early warning in the management of listed companies in China. Financial risk exists objectively in economic activities, we are unable to completely eliminate its influence on enterprises, but we can set up a set of perfect risk early warning mechanism to identify risks in advance, to avoid even reduce the financial risk which enterprise faced. To grasp the method of effective financial risk early warning, enterprises can improve their ability to cope with risks, get a better development. In recent years, the financial risk early warning research drew the attention of scholars. But according to the results, enterprises want to establish a set of in line with the actual situation and effective financial risk early warning system, also need to work hard.This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduces the financial risk early warning theory, then introduces several kinds of typical financial risk early warning analysis methods, and learn about the history of the financial risk early warning. Chapter two introduces the financial risk management theory, the early warning theory and the concept of financial risk early warning. Chapter three, from the perspective of the beverage industry, the paper analysis of the financial risk and its causes, hope to combine theory and practice, analyze the development trend of financial risk early warning. Chapter four, chooses a company: MT, writes a case study. Mainly analyzes the company’s financial situation, the evaluation of the company’s financial risk control, and then based on the company’s financial data, studies the applicability of the existing financial risk early warning method. Finally, puts forwards some suggestions that can be practice, the purpose is to help the enterprise to avoid financial risk. At the same time, to provide the reference for other similar enterprises. Chapter five, the paper summarizes the whole article and explains the limitations. Then forecasts the further research and gives the work directions.
