In recent years our country’s macroeconomic by high growth, turn into a strategy, which described as "stable growth, structural adjustment, promote the reform " and seek improvement in stability of the economic, thus make the resource-based enterprises constantly updated management concept, change marketing strategy, to deal with the fierce competition in the future market.In this paper, I applicate the ideas and methods of project management in studying the practice of containing cyanide powdered iron marketing management in HJ company, this article through analysis of the characteristics of the Powdered Iron marketing campaign in HJ company, will take marketing activities of contain cyanide Powdered Iron in HJ company as a project management process, including marketing, project planning, organization, implementation and termination and so on a series of management process. Finally pointed out the enterprise marketing activities by project management for the enterprise.Mainly by using the theory of project management and PEST analysis, SWOT analysis marketing macro environment and the marketing strategic environment of containing cyanide powdered iron in HJ company, it is concluded that the macro environment influence the marketing of powdered iron, HJ company’s own defects and the current market position in Yunnan,as well as the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, thus starting from their own, develop marketing strategies of the project.By using the theory of marketing strategy to make marketing strategies of containing cyanide powdered iron in HJ company, organize and implementof the project. First, market segmentation, including select target market and company market positioning; Secondly, the paper puts forward 4p improvement strategy, execution and completion of its 4p improvement and the optimization goal, use of hedging ensure profits; Thirdly, putting forward a plan which support the implementation of.marketing strategy.Through the marketing project management, realizing the change of marketing concept, promote the enterprise internal management level and the improvement of culture, expanding the scope of the trade, expanding trade channels, facing southeast Asia, strive for in the current fierce competition market environment of yunnan, maintain their own healthy growth, HJ company eventually focus on improving the HJ company’s core competitiveness. This paper introduces the thought of "project management" to marketing activity, to the entire process of marketing management project, make the management of specific and have strong operability, so as to achieve the marketing strategic purpose.
