Research And Practice On Evaluation Index System Of Credibility Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Drug safety is related to the public health or even safety, however, the oc currence of problem drugs is frequent and substandard drugs-related reports are endless. The public trust in pharmaceutical companies then gets lower. It tries t o introduce the concept of Public Trust of pharmaceutical companies. Analyzin g the key factors that affect of pharmaceutical companies’ Public Trust and the characteristics of pharmaceutical companies, we choose four dimensions which are the quality of medicines, information disclosure, environmental protection a nd social responsibility to build the evaluation indicators for Public Trust of ph armaceutical companies. And it put forword proposals to enhance the public trus t of pharmaceutical enterprises to provide useful referenceBecause of the research scholars and literature on the pharmaceutical compani es’public trust of very low, it draw lessons from the general research method and theory of the common public trust. Based on the achievement of theoretic res earch from the government public trust, and the NGO’s, and the media’s, apply ing the methods of the literature research, and the comparative research, and th e Questionnaire Survey, and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and the case s tudy, it refines four dimensions which are the quality of medicines, information disclosure, environmental protection and social responsibility, and thirty two in dicator Ⅱ.It confirms the weight of the indicators and evaluates the public tru st of the 3 pharmaceutical companies, and the results agrees with the actual fa cts.It shows that the pharmaceutical companies’ public trust is affected by th e factors with the quality of medicines, and the openness of information, and t he intensity of the environmental protection, and the capacity and effectiveness of the social responsibility. These factors can decompose the 32 operation indi cators, such as the quality management system(QMS) of manufacturing the med icines, and the processing speed and attitude of the public affairs. It is that pr omote the pharmaceutical companies’ public trust through the Ensures and empha sise the quality, and the speed and attitude of the information openness, and th e effectively protection of the environment, and the maintaining good health of the staff.
