Research On Risk Management Of Private Credit Service Of Inner Mongolia Branch Of Construction Bank

Throughout the four state-owned commercial Banks in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,the non-performing loan ratio of private clientsof China Construction Bank is relatively low. But in fact, there has been many problems in risk management of private client credit business,which should never be ignored. The amount of total loans of private client stays at a high level and non-performing loans are still increasing continuously. With the advent of economicdownturn,many private clients’credit business assets cannot be saved. We should find out what kind of problempotentially present in the risk management of private client credit business and what kind of factors continuously increase the risk of credit assets.We also have to judge whether reasonable evaluation and anticipation can change the economic situation and improve the quality ofrisk management of the private client credit business.Based on the current condition of risk management of private client credit business, this paper starts with analyzing the credit assets status and risk status of the major account of private companies in the Inner Mongolia, combined with practices of credit assets of private client credit business in the Inner Mongoliabranch ofChina Construction Bank.Then it identifies and interprets the problems that exist in private client creditrisk management of the Inner Mongolia branch of CCB, through in-depth analysis of the actual risk case. Finally it puts forward effective solutions and countermeasures, which canimprove the risk management ability to continuously optimize the quality of private client assets. From the above analysis, I hope this paper can make some contribution to the future development and improvement in credit business and risk management of Inner Mongolia branch of CCB.
