With the further development of international division of labor, the developments of strategic emerging industries need to optimize the allocation of resources around the world by the global value chain. Research on the integration of global value chain of strategic emerging industry and governance is to occupy the high value-added part in the global value chain, and it is also conducive to the economic development mode transformation and innovation-driven development strategy implementation.The purpose of this paper is to study the seven major strategic emerging industry of industry of optimal governance mode choice, if you can determine the optimal governance mode, is beneficial to improve innovative ability of strategic emerging industry in China and strengthen the international competitiveness of strategic emerging industry in China. First of all, the writer analysis of the strategic emerging industries on the basis of literature review, as well as the relationship between the governance of global value chain model, Secondly, the writer puts forward strategic emerging industries in the different industry needs to be done without governance mode of thought, and the global value chain governance patterns have innovation capacity and international competitiveness is analyzed on the basis of this; Thirdly, the wither puts the questionnaire data collected by Likert scale, the software to calculate the results of descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis through the SPSS software. The study shows that different strategic emerging industries into global value chain need to take different management mode; Market-oriented governance model for all strategic emerging industries is the most time of governance mode; Network governance mode of new energy vehicles industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry and a new generation of communications technology industry is the most optimal governance mode choice; Hierarchy governance pattern is the new energy industry, new material industry of optimal governance mode choice; Capture type governance model is the optimal governance mode selection of biological medicine industry. To sum up, China should makes strategic emerging industries to choose their optimal governance model, makes innovation mechanism and fiscal subsidies for them, etc. |
