Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of globalization, the competition between countries and regions, more and more performance for the competition between cities, the city become the engine of economic growth. Research on urban competitiveness has important theoretical significance to raise the overall strength of regional, economic development. With the aid of international competitiveness research, urban competitiveness research developed, the current domestic urban competitiveness evaluation mathematical methods mainly include: data envelopment analysis(DEA), principal component analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis method, analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and fuzzy curve method and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method, this paper is adopted by the principal component analysis(pca).Based on the domestic various experts and scholars of urban competitiveness evaluation model, draw lessons from foreign research results of urban competitiveness, the city competitiveness is divided into hard and soft power, hard power including infrastructure, economic strength, government management.Soft power including the ecological environment, science and technology of human, opening to the outside world competitiveness. Mainly analyzed the urban competitiveness of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone in 2013, and compared with urban competitiveness in 2009. In view of the Marine economy is the foundation of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, features and advantages, has very important significance to blue economic zone construction. In this paper, and analysis Marine economic competitiveness of six cities. Finally, put forward the policy recommendations to the overall competitiveness of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone.
