The central authorities and Heilongjiang Province pay seriously attention to farmer’s income, rural and agricultural inputs, integration development of secondary and tertiary industries and the boost of county’s economy. It has a certain reference value to formulate rlated policies improving the income of rural residents to analyze the proportion of rural residents net income and the factors affecting the income of rural residents in Daqing city.The Daqing Statistical Yearbook data(2000-2010)and survey data(2013-2014)are used to analyze the composition of the per capita net income of rural esident in Daqing city. The results show that the primary industry per capita net income of rural residents average ratio is more than 50%. The164 rural residents of 22 villages. are surveyed who come from Duerbote county, Lindian country, Zhaozhou county, Zhaoyuan counties, Datong district, Longfeng district totaled 4 counties two districts.The research based on existing research, using double logarithmic model, according to the data of Daqing Statistical Yearbook 2001-2014 years, the sensitivity level of Daqing rural residents per capita net income for fixed assets investment of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, the total power of agricultural machinery and the employe of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. The elasticity values of three imputs are 0.0775, 2.8033, 1.6212. The highest elasticity values is rural per capita net income for the employe of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery among them.The results show that the main source of rural residents per capita net income is from the first industry income in Duerbote county, Zhaoyuan county, Zhaozhou, Lindian country, Longfeng district and Datong district. The increasement of three inputs could promot the improving of the per capita net income of rural residents in Daqing city. The effect of the employe of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery is the most significant.
