Research On Internal Control Of Working Capital Management Of Life Insurance Company

More than 30 years of reform and opening-up, the life insurance industry has developed rapidly and made great achievements, which provides a great deal of insurance to realize the economic transformation and social development for our country. The life insurance industry has become an indispensable important social and economic development in our country one of the financial industry.In the process of the rapid development of life insurance, especially in recent years, leads to irregularities and regulated punishment cases emerge in endlessly, such as the account to pay fees, sales misleading and so on, due to ignore the risk management and internal control. All these gradually expos some structural contradiction existing in the life insurance and deep industry problems, and the internal control construction looks so important. As an important part of life insurance business process and operating results, the working capital has the meaning of life insurance companies. This paper studied the working capital management of life insurance companies in our country in the perspective of internal control, and drew a conclusion.The paper based on the overview of domestic and foreign internal control and management of working capital on the basis of relevant research literature, and introduced the development of the theory of internal control framework, the characteristics and category of working capital life insurance company internal control, and then analysed the internal control risk of the present situation about the life insurance companies working capital management. The paper pointed out the forms and reasons internal control of working capital management in the life insurance company from a case of internal control risk of working capital at home and abroad life insurance company, so as to put forward measures to improve the construction of internal control of operating funds in the life insurance companies. Then taking a life insurance company as an example, the paper analysed the construction of internal control of working capital management, and finally came to the conclusion and suggestion.
