Research On JT Bank 's Personal Financing Business Risk Management

The year 2008 has seen the widespread outbreak of the financial crisis, which has exerted substantial negative bearings on the global economy and severely impacted the personal finance service of commercial banks in China. The zero-yield and negative-yield financial products pop up one after another, arousing people’s awareness of the problems existing in the risk management of personal finance service in commercial banks. In this sense, the effective management of the various risks is of great practical significance to the rapid and sound development of the personal finance service in the commercial banks in China.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the prominent problems related to the unsound product design and management system, the formalistic customer evaluation mechanism, incomplete information disclosure system, the vulnerable management of the sales personnel and the defective complaint handling mechanism, from the perspectives of both the internal and external constraints. On this basis of drawing upon the domestic and international state-of-art managerial experience and learning their lessons, it also proceeds to improve the risk management of personal finance service in JT Bank in an all-round manner by strengthening the risk philosophy, optimizing the risk management structure, perfecting the product design and sales management system and establishing a human resource performance evaluation system.By taking the personal finance service of JT Bank as an example, this paper also offers an introduction to the existing risks and an explanation of the importance of risk management with a view to provide a reference for the domestic commercial banks in its practice of exploring the risk prevention and control measures and strategy of finance services.
