It is the political, economic and cultural center in southern China, as well as the outstanding representative of Lingnan culture. Today, the architecture tourism product is not got rightful attention in Guangzhou tourism market. In the background of promoting the "One Belt And One Road" grand strategy, Guangzhou which is building a world cultural city, protects these precious architecture resources, and commits a scientific and rational exploitation and comprehensive promotion, which has important implications for the urban cultural tourism development and the entire city’s cultural construction.Based on clarifying the concepts and sorting the research trends at home and abroad comprehensively, and combining the research methods of qualitative and quantitative, this paper tries to build the tourism value evaluation system of Lingnan outstanding modern architecture by using the Delphi method, fuzzy mathematics method and AHP. And then, it’s applied to the comprehensive evaluation of Guangzhou outstanding modern architecture, and drawn clear and concrete results. Thus, on the basis of analyze of the status and problems of the protection and exploitation in Guangzhou outstanding modern architecture and the judgments of domestic and international success stories, it proposes on the tourism development route of Guangzhou outstanding modern architectures. This not only enriches the study of the protection and the utilization of Lingnan outstanding modern architecture from the theory and methodology, but also has significant practical value to guide the tourism development of Lingnan outstanding modern architecture.
