A Comparative Study On Regional Technological Innovation Capability Based On Patent Information Analysis

With advances in technology, economic development, technological innovation capability has become the core competitiveness of the country in which only truly understand the status of national or regional technological innovation capability in order to promote the progress of national or regional technological innovation capability, in order to make national or regional more competitive.From the perspective of patent information analysis, this paper is used to study the technological innovation ability of different regions for a more in-depth comparative. To quantify the technological innovation ability is always a problem, because technical innovation capability is an abstract concept. This paper based on the analysis of patent information, with the Analytic Hierarchy Process, to achieve a comparative study of regional technological innovation capability, and thus the correct understanding of the regional technological innovation capability of providing a reference, each region can adopt appropriate methods to enhance the core competitiveness to provide a reference.First of all, the paper and summarized the present situation of the development of technological innovation capability, and related concepts are described, which condensed out of the gist of this article.Secondly, through the elaborate system of related concepts and illustrates the patent information can reflect the current development of technological innovation capability.Third, the paper analysis of patent information, to achieve a comparative study of the inter-regional technological innovation capability and within the region.Finally, a comprehensive summary of the research results and shortcomings of this article.
