Research On Risk Management Of JS Bank 's Front Desk Operation

Development is the top priority for banks, and risk control is the top priority of development, which shows that the risk management for banks is crucial, and is also ranked in the forefront of business and development. The front-desk operational risk is an important component of bank’s risk management. The author based on grass-roots work experience and her analysis of the front-desk operational risk cases on current,has found that the current banking institutions pay more attention on marketing while less attention on internal control and rules.These existing flaws and weaknesses have brought a strong warming for banking institutions to prevent risks and cases. Therefore in order to achieve sustainable development and build first-class commercial banks,we must make complete front-desk operational risk management rules,update management tools and methods,implement the responsibilities for the risk case prevention and improve the front-desk operational risk system.
