The Application Of Standard Cost Method In HY Company

The standard cost method is widely used in different industries and enterprises. This paper tries to construct the innovation mode of standard cost management which is suitable for the actual needs of military enterprises, through the discussion for the application of standard cost method in HY company.On the base of summarizing and absorbing domestic and foreign research results, this paper clears the motivation and the thoughts and methods of study, points out the aim of the paper, expounds the theoretical system framework, cost accounting process and cost management functions of standard cost method, and expounds the role of standard cost method.Combining the actual situation in HY company and the present situation of cost management, this paper puts forward HY company to implement standard cost method and construct implementation plan and supporting conditions of company standard cost management control system. These schemes and suggestions have practical significance and reference functions for HY company to reduce cost and improve the market competitiveness of our products.Through the analysis for the management and the actual situation of cost management in HY company, considering multiple perspectives from the cost standard, correction and post assessment, this paper draws the conclusion that standard cost method plays an important role in military enterprises, and has important significance to reduce the company’s cost and improve the product’s market competitiveness.
