International Cooperation In Tourism In Thailand

Firstly, this paper discusses the Thailand tourism concept and tourism in Thailand’s international cooperation. The theoretical basis including Comparative advantage theory, National competitive advantage theory, The theory of factor endowments, Regional tourism cooperation space theory.Secondly, this paper further study the development of tourism in Thailand, Asia and the world. Systematically describes the Thailand tourism cooperation with asean countries, Thailand and tourism cooperation of northeast Asia countries, also include China,South Korea,Japan,Thailand,Europe and The United States tourism cooperation. By collecting relevant data and interviewing tourism personnel, expounding the development of the tourism cooperation with south-east Asian nations(asean), northeast Asia, Europe and the United States. Its contents include the backgroundof the development of the tourism cooperation, the positive and negative factors that affect tourists to Thailand, and Thailand’s tourism cooperation strategies, etc.Lastly, on the basis of the analysis of problems existing in the tourism in Thailand in international cooperation. This paper found that the problem of political turmoil, the problem of the government system, the problem of the image, the problem of the management, the problems of the small and medium sized tourism enterprises, and put forward some countermeasures on the development of the international cooperation of tourism industry in Thailand. Suggestions to promote tourism innovation.
