The food industry is an important industry related to national security, food security of industry directly affects thousands of households and the development of national economy. But with the Chinese join WTO, since the grain market opening up the domestic food security situation is not optimistic, foreign-funded enterprises feel bad, domestic enterprises are powerless, only more than ten years, Chinese soybean industry has been controlled by foreign capital. In view of the domestic and theHeilongjiang food industry situation and existing problems, this paper on the related basic theory research, carding and analysis for grain storage in the H branch in the development process of the existence of the problem,combined with the actual situation of enterprises put forward countermeasures, to strengthen grain storage in the H branch of the comprehensive competitive ability.On the basis of data collection, data after finishing work, this paper firstly introduces the Sinograin H branch profiles, the current marketing situation and the existing problems in the marketing aspect; secondly, the application of SWOT method to analyze the grain storage in the H branch has the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, proposed the necessity of adjust the Sinograin H marketing strategy of the company; finally, according to the analysis of the above countermeasures and suggestions of CGC H company marketing problem.
