Under the background of the rapid development of electronic administration, to achieve informatization of varied tax-relevant affairs is quiet an urgency. Documents recording the information of tax-levying departments and tax payers serve as an efficient medium via which all these information is interconnected. These documents are accumulated form everyday tax-levying and administration activities, serving as first-hand information provider, and more importantly are of legal validity, being able to used as legal proof. Therefore, the realization of tax-levying informatization will not just enhance administration efficiency, but also will nurture our capability to better server our people. Further more, it will do good to macroeconomic control and fuel our national modernization in terms of overall informatization in all respects.This thesis discourses on the informatizatin of documents concerning tax-levying and administration. To begin with, it deals with the scope, function, meaning, and etc. of this matter; and then it thoroughly examines and analyzes the case of Land Tax Levying and Administration Department of Harbin making a field research of the information level of tax collection and administration files. Analyzing the result of that research. According to the problems which are reflected by the result of the research the paper will put forward to some effective solutions.; the researcher(s) via this thesis makes an attempt to give constructive counsels to improve our work in this field. Hope that through this topic research, the important role informatization of tax-levying and administration plays could be realized by more relevant practitioners, and more helpful advice could be drawn.
