Taizhou Huangyan District Level Authorities Of Party Members Information Management System Design And Implementation

There is a total of 92 departmental units, 8623 workers,86 Party branches (general branch) and 6826 party members in the district-level authorities of Huangyan Taizhou. To educate , manage , serve and superintend these Party organizations and the party member, relying on traditional manual data compilation has been unable to meet the party information on a timely, complete confidential requirements.Thus develop a full-featured, easy-to-use district-level party organs of Information Management system has important practical value and long-term significance.The Huangyan district level organ party member information management system of under discussion has applied C # programming language. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is used for database. All of these contribute to its extensibility and practicability. This paper makes a detailed needs analysis of Huangyan district level organ party member information management system in terms of the business procedures and function of the following aspects: Party organizations information management, party member information management, person information management applying to join the Party, report statistics and design, and data module is designed. On the basis of needs analysis,the paper focuses on the three-tier structure operating principle of software, the structure design of hardware,the division of system module,and the main function module and system database of Party member information management system,and also how to efficiently manage the Party organizations information,party member information,person information applying to join the Party,reporting statistics and system maintenance is discussed. Lastly,some suggestions are put forward on better party member information management system.The party member information management system has been widely used in various departmental units of the district-level authorities of Huangyan Taizhou, greatly improving work efficiency of party staff to facilitate the management of the Party Working Committee of the district-level authorities, to lay a solid grass-roots party building, and improving the scientific level of party-building work organ of great significance.
