Feed Production Monitoring And Management System Developed

Applying the real time monitoring and control to production process is needed in feedstuff industry . The application of real time monitoring, control and management system based on computers is able to saves much human and material resources, promotes the product quality and efficiency, meanwhile realize the modern scientific management.This problem researches and develops a real time monitoring,control and management system based on PC for feedstuff rofuction, and designs its structure, functions, communication interface between upper layer and lower layer machines whose core is the MCU, database structure, and monitoring,control and management software,and its anti-jamming. Delphi development tool and SQL Server 2000 Data Base Manageme=nt System is used to realize the system in Windows me . The serial port RS-232-C is used to realize the data communication between the upper layer and lower layer machines , the data collected by the lower layer machines is processed and displayed dynamically in graph. The data and the changed parameters are saved to the database. It also has the functions of query, preview and print of the historic records.The system developed is successfully applied to the productions of two feedstuff companies. The application shows that the system works well and stably. The raw material gived out by container never go beyond the permitted range, and the control precision is up to +0.15KG.
