Photoelectric guided weapons play a key role in the development of modern weapons. An effective way to damage these photoelectric weapons is using laser soft-damaging or hard-damaging. Therefore, how to track and point the photoelectric guided weapon's photoelectric system has been an important topic in damaging precision-guided weapon.The dissertation mainly study micro-servo controller of precision-guide system. According to the precision-guide system's functional requirement, the micro-servo controller was designed and the related control algorithm was studied in detail. After analyzing the scheme of hardware, the TMS320F2812 was used as the core processor, and the hardware circuit was designed according to Fast Steering Mirror's characteristic and performance requirement.Because of the nonlinearity and the difficulty in setting up the mathematical model of the piezoceramic actuator which was used in Fast Steering Mirror, the ADRC control algorithm was adopted and the simulation of ADRC was carried out.The simulation result shows that ADRC algorithm could estimate and equalize outside intervention effectively. It also shows that this control algorithm is robust and could enhance the capability of precise tracking system obviously. The experiment was carried out based on the hardware platform at last.
