Electronic technologies has been developing very rapidly nowadays, and electronic communicate and signal transmit behaviors are playing a more and more important role in this technology trend. In order to obtain more effective transmission result and good using of limited spectrum resources, transmitters which based on high linearity modulation techniques are the only solution. However the power amplifiers used in transmitters are the key component which produces most of the non-linearities of the whole electronic systems. The way to construct linearized power amplifiers has been certainly turn into critical technology in industry of the whole world. Relative researching work of PA linearizing in domestic is still very poor when compared with counterpart of west developed countries (e.g. studying history and research outputs). Because of these reasons, I chose to carry on researches in device type pre-distortion linearizers which is designed for satellites TWT amplifier using.In this paper, firstly I give the whole pictures of power amplifiers, and then pay lots of attention in popular linearizing technologies, and finally chose Pre-distortion as my basic design solution. Then I give systematic researches on three kinds of typical designs which have been reported rambling before, and draw out the law that a designer can refer to. Based on the same law, I designed a new linearizer which has a better result in gain curve and phase curve in simulation.
