With the development of integrated electronic interference, modern radar are facing more severe active or passive jamming made by human, and radar interference has become an indispensable part of the radar designing. So under complex and variable electronic jamming environments, radar system based on the type and characteristics of jamming signals which can intelligently choose the appropriate anti-jamming measures has become an important development direction of the radar anti-jamming technology. This thesis is proposed on the new situation of the development of electronic warfare technology, in order to improve the performance of radar anti-jamming.The research of this thesis consists of two parts -deception jamming signals identification based on DRFM and the optimal distribution scheme of radar electronic counter-countermeasures. The main works are as follows:(1) Based on the current rapid development of digital radio frequency memory technology, the basic principle of deception jammer based on digital radio frequency memory has been studied in the thesis, and two quantization methods has been emphasized. The influence of spurious signal on deception jamming signals by local leakage, mirror-image response, harmonic distortion and cross-modulation are also considered. In addition, several common deception jamming signal models and their formation mechanisms has been studied in the thesis, to lay a foundation for the characteristic analysis of this type of deception jamming signal.(2) By analyzing the influence of spurious signal made by quantization on deception jamming signals, a characteristic parameter used to identify deception jamming signals is propound. An algorithm of deception jamming signals identification based on cone class is discussed, which uses the former characteristic parameter. Further, a more effective deception jamming signal identification algorithm based on neural network is proposed, and the validity of the algorithm are quantitatively verified by the simulation results. In addition, according to a oppositional experimental environment and the parameters of a certain type of radar and deception jammer, a simulation platform is built to make detailed analysis of several characteristic parameters which have been propound. The RBF has been used to identify, finally some useful conclusions are obtained.(3) According to the decision problem of radar anti-jamming, a mathematical model of radar anti-jamming decision-making and distribution principles are proposed. Three radar jamming decision-making algorithm are studied, including 0-1 programming technique,dynamic multi-stage optimizing assignment technique and continuous loop Boolean algorithm. They are applied to the field of radar anti-jamming. The limitations of the three decision-making algorithms in the field of radar interference are compared and analyzed by simulation, and the foundation is laid for better decision-making programs.(4) Basing on the defects of the one-to-one principle, a mathematical model of radar anti-jamming decision-making has been improved in the thesis, and three radar anti-jamming decision-making algorithms based on multi-attribute decision are also proposed. The part of maximizing the evaluation index and the part of minimizing the anti-jamming measure are weighed at a different angle in the three algorithms. The optimal countermeasure for the same batch of jamming and anti-jamming measures sets are obtained in the final simulation results.
