Abstract/Summary:
The face of catastrophic risk, the international insurance companies are based onthe traditional co‐insurance or reinsurance underwriting risk transfer way, but inrecent years happened catastrophe losses caused by the gradual serious, obviouslyexposed indemnity insurance and reinsurance companies'debt capacity of less thandisadvantages. The development of catastrophe insurance system, whether on or froman international point of view the current situation our country faces a shortage ofunderwriting capacity bottlenecks. In recent years, with countries in the world of thefrequent occurrence of catastrophe, brought incalculable loss, how to better respondto catastrophic risk to become the world insurance industry and the Government isvery concerned about the subject. With the advances in the field of financialengineering development and innovation, and promote the insurance market and theeffective integration of capital markets for catastrophic risk securitization haveprovided the basic theory and practice.With the booming of database, management information system (MIS)developed rapidly. It has occupied the market of bank, insurance and other area. As aimportant part of insurance, catastrophe bond also need MIS. Depend on the researchon how to underwriting risk transfer way, develop a MIS system based on databasetechnology and object oriented technology, and Virtual Private Network (VPN).in thispaper, designed a MIS system and programmed main modules.In this paper, the above‐mentioned problem, combined with the reality of ourcountry, through the substantial research literature on the basis of the firstsecuritization of catastrophe insurance product range, resulting in the background anddevelopment of a recall, the risk of ART countermeasures at home and abroad to carryout a detailed study of the status quo the discourse and summarized; Secondly, fromboth theoretical and empirical aspects of ART, especially in cat bonds dispersed anddecentralized mechanisms for the effects of the analysis, catastrophe bonds drawnagainst catastrophic risk can play a very good risk diversification effects. The MISsystem designed by VC++ and ORACLE database was used. For remote connection, VPNtechnology was .used correctly to ensure the correctness and rapid of data transfer. OOD technology is also used and a class relation diagram was drown.
