A Frequency-hopping Transceiver Letter Machine Automatically Detects The System Realization

Automatic test equipment plays a key role in batch production and maintenance detection. With FH transceiver production gradually employed by customer, it is necessary to develop a kind of radio automatic test system for laboratory and field test, which is capable of conducting automatic test for main function specifications of transceiver with high accurate fault isolation ratio, and fault can be addressed to module.This paper expresses detailed discussion on formation of system, selection of hardware and design of software through examples.RATS is capable of detecting all important operational function of radio, conducting overall performance test and fault diagnosis of radio. During process of test, RATS is used for function, status, parameters selection management, processing of test result. Furthermore, main specifications test, function detection and fault diagnosis of VHF/UHF anti-jamming radio shall be carried out to meet requirements of secondary maintenance and test.
