The computer network teaching system based on Web has became the central issue of the modern education technology. The teaching management system based on B/S model has gradually and widely applied in universities. The traditional teaching management is static, but the teaching is a process and the teaching management should be a procedural and dynamic management. The dissertation studies the procedural teaching management system based on B/S model, and according to the demands of the quality of education system reform, combined with the teaching management features of Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC), the procedural teaching management system has been designed and implemented in detail. The main contents of the dissertation include:Firstly, the dissertation studies the application pattern of B/S model and the current status of teaching management and the features and regular patterns of teaching process. The dissertation also proposes the design scheme and model of the procedural teaching management system based on B/S model.Secondly, according to the pattern of engineering software development, this dissertation introduces the contents of requirement analyses, function design, installation, deploy and functional extension of the procedural teaching management system.Thirdly, research on the programming development and the application of database based on ASP technology under B/S model also are conducted in this dissertation. The Chinese garbled problem of data storage and the problems of the file uploading and downloading are also made the corresponding solution.The system is developed by the pattern of B/S model, and each module can be developed hierarchically and simultaneously, thus the development period is shortened and the workload is reduced, the dependency of each module is loosened, and the system has the good extensibility and scalability.At present, this system is trailing in experimental courses and tests. It is highly evaluated for its easy operations, practical functions, and creativity.
