Radio Compass Receiver Demodulation And Interface Module Design And Realization

In order to enhance the core competence, the factory of 719 proposes to design a new generation of digital radio compass whice is based on the existing××models. The components used on the new generation of digital radio compass have a high degree of integtation and the device has a relatively small number of components especially the use of inductive and capacitive components, which makes that the device has greatly improved in anti-fungal, salt spray, and reliability. In the azimuth demodulation, we have developed digital demodulation technology with proprietary intellectual property rights, which achieves digital demodulation of azimuth signal, resolves the problem that the existing radio compasses entirely dependent on imports of analog demodulation signal demodulation ASIC chip, makes the compass get rid of the control of foreign technology in azimuth demodulation. We also add three-phase synchronous output, digital LCD display, bus interface with a variety of data transfer which can meet the needs of various types of data bus interface, increase the adaptability of the aircraft and adapt to the development of avionics integrated system.The marcket of the new generation of digital radio compass is broad,almost all demestic aircrafts are equipped with radio compass which have increasing demands in the size ,weight and technology. Such requirement makes that the radio compass manufacturers must update their designs in time. The current airborne clectronic products are featured of an integrated electronic products, the total OSD display and the control of information exchange. The core of the project adopts digital and bus design. It expects to develop a new azimuth demodulating techlogy with proprietary intellectual property rights, which has a great advantage both in civilian markets in future.
